The primary Wifi point draws about 3.5W on average; so, 37 × 0.85 / 3.5 = 9.0 hrs approx., where 0.85 is conversion efficiency. Each (non-primary) mesh Wifi point draws about 2.5W on average; so, 37 × 0.85 / 2.5 = 12.6 hrs. You’ll need an Ambi for each Google Wifi point.

Yes. (Glad we can help make the Pi mobile!) Use it for interconnection between the Pi and a USB-C or USB-A power adapter. No power blips will result when power input to the Ambi is removed and later added back. The power consumption of the Pi can vary quite a bit by model and by the task being run on it. 1.5W to 3W seems typical, although it can go much higher during short spurts.
